Getting Started

PandaClick is used as an E-commerce app for purchasing and ordering groceries delivered to you from our store to your door or to be collected from our stores.
Before you use the Pandaclick application and website, you are required to register for an account by following the below steps:
  1. Access Apple Store / Google Play
  2. Download Pandaclick App
  3. Or Access the link www.panda-click.com
  4. Click on” Register” button located in the middle of the page
  5.  The browser will ask for your approval to locate where you are (use this option if you are at the location where you want us to deliver), or you can use the map to pin your location manually.
  6.  Fill in the information in the field then click on “Register”
We currently serve most of the cities across the Kingdom covering all regions, West, East, North, South & Central.
After registration and creating your account you can change your information by clicking on the “Me” icon shown on the bottom right of the application. next Click on “My Info” to update your information and finally save the changes to have your profile updated.
When accessing PandaClick application and website and before you place the order you will be asked to choose your delivery location (you can do this automatically by clicking on “Automatically Locate Me” which you can use if you are in the exact delivery location or “Drop a pin to locate your address manually”).
Make sure that the location is right by reviewing the map, fill in the fields and you are all set then your address will be saved so that you can use it on your future orders.
When accessing PandaClick application or website and before you place the order you will be asked to choose your delivery location, you can either choose one of your saved locations or click on “Create a new location” to create a new one.
No worries. If you forgot your password and would like to reset it, all you must do is go to the login page and click forgot password.
Enter your email in the field and we will send you an email with the reset link. Click on the link and enter your new password.
Note: If you did not receive the email in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder. If you found it in spam, please make sure you remove it to the inbox so that you receive our emails in your inbox next time.

2. Products

There is more than one way to find the products you want:
  • Categories: The list of categories located in the center of the home page, click on any of them and it will open for you another list of subcategories falls under the chosen main category and finally you will see all products related to the selected subcategory.

  • Search Function: Simply you can search for the product you want by using the search function at the top of the page. Search by brand or product name and click search.

  • Purchased Items: You can simply find all your purchased products by clicking on the “Me” icon shown on the bottom right of the application. next Click on “My Orders” and you will find a list of all purchased orders previously under your account then you can add all desired products to your cart.

  • My Lists “Favorites”: When browsing the products, you can add them to your favorites list by clicking on the heart on top of each product image. Then you can access your favorite list by clicking on the “Me” icon shown on the bottom right of the application. next Click on “My Lists” and “Favorites” and you will find a list of all your favorite products will appear.

If any of the promoted products were in your cart you will get the discounted price automatically once you check out if the promotion was still valid.
Note: Promotions change on weekly basis.
We try as much as possible to photograph the products in high quality from different sides including ingredients and nutrition facts to help you choose the right product.
Note: Reading the online ingredient of the product does not replace reading the ingredient of the product at the time the product is delivered to you. Pandaclick here is not responsible for any direct or indirect results related to displaying the ingredients and nutritional facts of the product as they are changed by the producing company without notice.
Prices and offers for all products available in the application are completely identical to the store except for the products that are not available in the application.

3. Orders

  • Ordering grocery on PandaClick application and website is very easy, just follow the below steps:

  • Go to our main page in PandaClick application and website and access your account through the login and enter your email and password.

  • Select your preferred Delivery Service from the service screen.

  • Choose your delivery location either from the saved location list or new location  (you can do this automatically by clicking on “Automatically Locate Me” which you can use if you are in the exact delivery location or “Drop a pin to locate my address manually”). 

  • Browse our products from the category’s menu on the left of the page.

  • When you click on the category you want to browse, you will see all products related to the category with images, prices, sizes, and brand. To add a product to your cart all you must do is roll over the products and click on the “Add to cart” button. After adding the product, you can increase or decrease the quantity by clicking on the “Plus” and “Minus” icons. Do not forget to add the product to your favorite by clicking the “Heart” icon. Click on the magnifier if you would like to see a bigger or different image of the product.

  • After adding all the products that you need, you can click on the cart menu at the top right of the page. You will see all the products in your cart, click on checkout to proceed.

  • On checkout, choose date and time of delivery and the payment method. Make sure to review your products before you place your order.

  • An order confirmation email will be sent to your email.

If you have an account with us, all products in your cart will be saved.
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the “Me” icon shown on the bottom right of the application. next Click on “My Orders” and you will find a list of all your orders along with its status.

4. Payment

The only available payment method is online prepayment during your order checkout, using credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Mada, or Apple Pay.
Although cash on delivery is the most popular payment method in the region, we know from our experience that this method comes with its own complications that prevent us from providing a superior service to our customers. Therefore, in order to avoid such complications, we decided to only activate online payments with credit cards so that we can focus on our first priority which is to provide a great customer experience.
Yes. Payments are processed through a global gateway business called Checkout. And your card information will be protected from any misuse or harm under their secure network.
Sure. We only use your information to process the services you have requested from our application or website, improve it, customize it for you, and inform you on product sales and offers. For more information, kindly refer to our Security & Privacy Policy.
When you fill in your credit card information and add it to your account we conduct a reserve transaction with the amount of SR.3.75 to make sure your card is valid and it is reversible on the spot however sometimes it might take longer based on your bank.
During checkout
  • When paying with Visa or Mastercard : the total amount of your order will be Temporarily Authorized (amount is held) and after your order is fulfilled when your final invoice is issued, total amount of available items will be deducted from you card while the amount of unavailable items will be released to the same card should be instantly , however is some cases depending on the issuing bank it could take up to 5 to 10 business days to be reflected in the bank statement.

  • When paying with Mada : the total amount of your order will be Captured and Deducted Temporarily, and after your order is fulfilled when your final invoice is issued, total amount of available items will be officially deducted from you card while the amount of unavailable items will be refunded to the same card should be instantly , however is some cases depending on the issuing bank it could take up to 5 to 10 business days to be reflected in the bank statement.

Whereas during your checkout the total amount of your order we will be captured on the registered card, however when we fulfill your order the total amount could be different from the amount in your checkout due to items unavailability (Out of Stock Product) in this case an amount will be refunded to your card account within 1 business day.

5. Delivery

We deliver 7 days a week from 11am to 11pm in all cities across kingdom, It is also Same day delivery for orders before 6:00pm.
Our delivery fee is SAR19 for Scheduled Delivery with no minimum order value.

Note: In cases the delivery has reached your location and there was no one to pick it up, PandaClick reserves the right to charge you a cancellation fee.

7. PandaClick & Collect Service

PandaClick & Collect service is available at selected stores. Customers registered address is within the geographical region of the service will be able to choose this service.
To access the Click & Collect service go to PandaClick application and website, access your account through the login and enter your email and password, then choose Click & Collect tab from the service screen.
Subject to point 4 here above order payment will be processed.
First you will receive in app notification, additionally a status update will appear on the order tracker screen stating that your order is ready for pick up.
Your Click & Collect order will be available for collection at your chosen collection time in the designated location of your collection Store. Collection will be from a dedicated car pickup location that is clearly shown with click and collect signages
You only need to provide the store with your Order Confirmation Email.
We reserve the right to cancel your order, return your order to store and refund your payment if you do not collect it within a reasonable time, orders will be returned to store accordingly.

Yes, under the condition of providing an ownership proof (Order number & Receipt) of the order at the collection store.
Note: Please do not share your order details with anyone unless its required for collection purposes.
Yes, you can, however Pandaclick reserves the right to charge you a cancellation fee in case the shopping cart got impacted.

8. Stock Availability

As we thrive to provide you with the best customer experience at Pandaclick we ensure products are always available and delivered to your doorstep whenever you want the way you want.
  1. In normal days fundamentals in stock are mostly available upon store inventory, “note that stock might varies between each store”
  2. In Peak days (e.g. events, campaigns, new launch, exclusive offers ..etc.) stock availability will be impacted due to high demand.

9. E-Vouchers

Purchasing E-vouchers from PandaClick application and website is very easy, just follow the below steps:
Go to our main page in PandaClick application and website, access your account login and enter your email and password, then click on the E-vouchers tab from the service screen and select the Voucher type you require to purchase.
E-Vouchers prices vary based on the type of voucher. 
Once the desired E- Voucher is selected and added to the cart, payment will be processed subject to point 4 here above.
E-vouchers can only be used once on the platform of the brand/store from the purchased voucher, in accordance with the instructions detailed on the E-voucher.
Each E-voucher code may be used once only per customer. E-vouchers cannot be used after the expiry date - see E-voucher validity for expiry date.
And it is not possible to transfer an E-Voucher to another account once the claim code has been redeemed.
E-vouchers cannot be refunded for cash or exchanged by an alternative E-voucher.
Pandaclick do not hold the accountability if customer entered email address wrong, neither E-voucher can be earned again, nor amount be refunded.
